Lyle?
Lyle was a huge puncher.

If you look closely, Williams eyes where still gone when the ref was counting after he stood up, as soon as he waved it off Williams came too then kicked up a fuss as he didn't get to show his stuff :-P

Well, I see the match on the electronic live and I truly had a completely different idea-about-it than THAT!

^ ^ RON LYLE, his record shows power yes but he doesn't have "incredible" KO Results! I think, the Foreman match helps to form the theory. Anyway, would like to put little "test" out there. a.t. Rate THEM 1-2-3 here: ERNIE SHAVERS, KEN NORTON, RON LYLE. I like this "limitus" because their is ONLY ONE CORRECT ANSWER! : )
[Ron...had some sort of PSYCOSIS PLATE in his head I think! : ) His performances/ & "reputation" per his punching power had a wave in it! It could actually be "safe" boxing RON LYLE! Just don't "piss him off"!]

Some things require more thought & analysis than a skim of a Boxrec page. Had Lyle been fed a diet of cans, such is the way since the 1990s, he would have a monster KO record.

To judge Vitali Klitschko by his Boxrec numbers he's some lethal puncher. In reality he couldn't even put Corrie Sanders and Shannon Briggs on the floor!

Lyle had Foreman in all kinds of trouble, Foreman had a grade A chin, so the idea he wasn't a big puncher is ludicrous.

You are taking ONE MATCH! Like I said, "in the mood", yes!
O.K., then...then.."let's play!":
George Omara went into r.10 (TKO)(10). Little later...O.K!
-next- A no name Al Neumann went into r. 10 (TKO) (10)
-next- Scott LeDoux. "good name". Ron won SD.
-next- A little known Fili Moala lost 8r. dec.
-next- Horace Robinson lasted 7 r. [HORACE ROBINSON!!!]
-next- Stan Ward, little bit different standing than Scott LeDoux but...."historical name" also [to true fans] Ron won MD
-next- Joe Bugner record has Ron winning SD. O.K., so....Joe had good fortitude.
-next- A little known Kevin Isaac lasted 7 r. [KEVIN ISAAC!!!!]
-yes- HE KO'd Shavers ("must of been In the mood". Ernie, "somewhat a mood swinger himself!") **This just prior to the "marker" Vs
Foreman.
Ron lost to Jimmy Young, TWICE. You are only counting wins I suppose? SURE, RON LYLE "VERY DANGEROUS", but he ISN'T IN "Punching category" for his career that SHAVERS is in and especially not GEORGE FOREMAN!WHAT? : ) ("you all out of your TREES!")

The fact that we're discussing Lyle's famous punch power and you're saying 'but he lost to Jimmy Young twice' demonstrates how badly confused you are. Perhaps you should watch these fights. You will see his power.

Then again, if your eyes are as incoherent as your brain perhaps you'll see demons flying around on spaceships, who knows.
