Makabu is short for cruiserweight, Mchunu is a god damn midget lol. I saw hearn say in an interview that makabu is gonna get the fright of his life at goodison with the atmosphere but the crowd at this fight seemed pretty loud themselves. I was surprised actually! Seemed like there was quite a lot of people in the crowd aswell.

Usually stadium fights have a long build up,this fight wasnt confirmed too long ago,probably the reason why everyones fighting stiffs,i'll give Stephen Smith some cred for going in another 12 rounder the month after going 12 rounds in a title fight,same with Dodd,although the opponents are hardly stellar,Callum's fights a waste of time though and whats the story with Paul?? If not for the undeserved fights with Abraham and Ward,he'd just be plodding along fighting 6 rounders against Latvians for the rest of his career,occasionally pulling out of some of them

You have to feel for poor Liam Smigg, all his brethren appearing on the same big outdoor scouse festival and he stuck fighting some unknown and unpronounceable Balkan on his tod at the Echo next week.

Liam's not exactly on his tod is he Butler in an eliminator, Farrag in a european title fight etc.

Goodison card = good main event but shit undercard
Echo Arena card = shit main event but good undercard

Both score similar on the quality of overall card in my opinion in fact you could say overall FW card better value, obviously if your into getting excited by something being 'an event' in a stadium etc then fair enough. I'm a BOXING fan I care about fights.

I cancelled Sky as well. Just too much money and not enough on to justify paying it especially when most good fights are PPV. I managed to get my fire stick updated so I'm hoping it works ok at the weekend.

About 15k I think, they sold a good chunk of the stand behind the goal (including some in the upper tier) and added a few lower tier blocks of the two side stands. Looking at the plans the floor seating is taking up roughly half the pitch.

Eddie should have bumped this up to 12 and had some spurious title attached to it, pretty sure one of the WBF's, WBU, GBC or similar would have jumped at the chance to have Smigga as one of their belt holders.

Smiggs is world class, it's demeaning having him box down the bill 6 rounders.

Beating Tony Dodson and clearly losing twice to Arthur Abraham does not make you world class.

He shouldn't be in six rounders at all though.

Whilst I wholeheartedly agree with your second paragraph the fight for Stephen isn't that bad considering Brizuela is at his actual weight and it is only a few weeks after the Pedraza fight.

You can order em from Amazon mate. You can get NetFlix and BNation through them amongst other things. You load Kodi on to it. Gives you all the Sky channels etc through a stream. Mine works pretty well so far. I've no idea how to load Kodi on right enough. My mate done it.

You jus plug it into your TV and connect it to your wifi and that's you good to go.
