Zac Dunn now fighting Carlos Adan Jerez on July 1st

Jerez at least gave Zac some ring time and occassionaly hit back with an overhead right, but was pummelled body wise, hence the quit.

It was a late night and Nadar has been there and done that and this really is the time to hang 'em up and do other good things for boxing.

Barry Michael said Zac's next fight would be a title eliminator and mentioned a name as Zac's likely opponent.

Did anyone pick up the name? Was it Avni Yildirim??

“I want to challenge for the world title and Badou Jack is the one I want to fight”, said Dunn after beating Jerez.

“I will obviously sit down with my team and discuss what’s next but I feel like I am ready now”.

Dunn’s manager, Barry Michael, agreed with Dunn but hinted at a fight with the 4th ranked Turkish fighter Avni Yildirim as the last hurdle before fighting for the world title.

“There is a lot happening behind the scenes but we may have to get past Yildirim first, with the winner to fight Badou Jack for the title.”
