I had the fight like 118-110 for Fury. Mostly because Klitschko didn't even fight for the most part. The few rounds he kinda sorta fought, he won. Klitschko just needs to fight to win. He's better than Klitschko. We just don't know if he's gonna fight or just stare at Fury again for 12 more rounds.stujones wrote:Decisive? It was very close - Sky called it decisive AFTER he got the call.... Glenn McCory gave Fury the last round (a clear Klitchsko round) so he didn't have it a draw.gilgamesh wrote:Hasn't he already? It's actually worse in his case because he's doing it with a guy he's already got a win over. He's hesitant to fight a guy he's already gotten a decisive decision over ffs
If that victory (with all the money and adulation he received) means that he hasn't got the fire in the belly, then I would say Klitchsko is the favourite. It wasn't as if it was so clear all Fury needs to do is turn up as he is that much better... Fury was in great shape throughout.

Ask Peter for tips on laundering the proceeds of criminal activityMetal Fingers wrote:I'm doing an article with Peter and Tyson next month and am still not sure what to ask, when the fight is or how Tyson will respond to my questions. The last time I met him face-to-face he said "I've been driving for an hour, this better not be sh*t." I've met loads of unpredictable characters, Fury is up there with Michael Gomez when it comes to the "Wait, what?!" factor.

@The Leprechaun....agreedKlitschko held the title hostage and was a prick during negotiations with a lot of fighters.
Im delighted that fury is giving him the run around
Wlad's currently learning a life lesson late in the day on and clearly not liking it.
Poetic justic is the phrase I am probably looking for.

Fury has got the better of Wladimir from the time he signed to fight him the first time.
Fury did not allow Klitschko to dictate everything before their fight; got the better of him during the fight & now he's messing Wladimir around in respect of the rematch & I for one am not bothered one iota.
Wladimir now knows what it's like!

Beautiful isn't it? And Wlad wasn't just a mobster in negotiations. Remember his 300+ holds initiated to contain Povetkin? And all while his pocket ref looked the other way. A despicable champion.Bodyshot3 wrote:@The Leprechaun....agreedKlitschko held the title hostage and was a prick during negotiations with a lot of fighters.

In a way yes as the Klitschkos came across as sly and shady on fight day last year. The foam under thering and in particularly wrapping hands before anyone from Team Fury watching.Tuan_Jim wrote:Beautiful isn't it? And Wlad wasn't just a mobster in negotiations. That said this rematch sitatuion has been an absolute farce. allegedly and FW have finally been addressing the sitatuion after being quiet on it all so I expect an official announcement quite immenently. If there is going to be one at all.....
