Bubi,

Uk is not part of Europe?

The only one of them with real boxing skills and willing to stay in shape still is Wladimir Klitschko - I fear.

2 Wladimir Klitschko
3 Paolo Vidoz
4 Danny Williams
5 Sinan Samil Sam
6 Matt Skelton
7 Luan Krasniqi
8 Timo Hoffmann

Not unless you are playing scrabble

Isn't Vidoz the one Audley beat in the Olympics? Although I'm not going to start a campaign to get him in the top 10.

Williams deserves to be in there with his last 2 wins over 2 unbeaten prospects and winning a best of the British fight that doesn't really say alot but he is still as deserving as a couple fo people in that list.

Williams has no chance to win vs one of these 10 guys....... why should he be in? Harrison and Skelton didn´t prove anything to be European top boxers....... :box:

That's debatable and you don't make rankings based on debate and what would happen, you make them on what information you have now and the information we have now is that Williams has fought and beaten a better class of fighter than a lot of those novices on your ranking have even contemplated of fighting. I'd also favour Williams to beat at least a couple of fighters on that list.

Beat Virchis but was robbed.

How are most of them top when Sauerland or Kohl only feed them guys that only they promote most of them time?

who did beat Williams? an outwashed Tyson some years ago.....ridiculuos.... he had two serious oponents in the last years. Vitali and Sinan. Both showed him what world or european class is about

1: Wladimir Klitschko
2: Oleg Maskaev (From Kazakhstan, Kazakhstani federation is EBU member, therefore I rate him)
3: Nicolai Valuev
4: Luan Krasniqi
5: Paolo Vidoz
6: Henry Akinwande (EBU eligable, therefore I rate him)
7: Sinan Samil Sam
8: Vasili Jirov (See Maskaev)
9: Danny Williams
10: Sultan Ibragimov
11: Andrew Golota
12: Alexander Dimitrenko
13: Audley Harrison
14: Matt Skelton
15: Dennis Bakhtov

Just noticed that Ukraine have a very decent "domestic" scene with Klitschko, Dimitrnko, Bidenko, Virchis, Mazikin, Platov & Lazebnik

He beat Skelton and Harrison and showed he is the best in Britain. Both those names are better than anything Virchis, Ibragimov or Dimitrenko has beaten. Top that off with a Tyson win and general decent to good level of opposition through his career and he looks pretty good amongst that list and lets face it, Vitali would of destroyed everyone on that list.

Also why the hell is Golota on that list? He was KTFO in the 1st in his last fight against someone who wasn't Vitali, lost his fight before that and drew the one before that. It looks like he has no more fights planned and in May it will have been a year since his last fight. Surely Williams is more deserving than him on recent form and activity and I'd probably favour Williams to beat the current washed up form of Golota.

I would rate Maskaev on 4 and Jirov on 8 but I left them out like Chagaev who would also be a top ten candidate.

Williams, Harrison and Skelton are away from European class. I hope Williams fights Sam again and shows us how good he is. An outwashed Golota would easily knock Williams out.

Concerning Williams you refer to his "glorious" past. I am no Golota fan, but Golota showed that he has world class. Williams showed that he hasn´t even Euro class.

But they are better wins than a lot of fighters on your list have managed

you can't do it on thinking someone would beat someone else you have to do it on what they have already achived

Yeah, if you were a governing body I'd be a bit pissed if I just beat a guy who was 18-0 and another who was 19-0 and you don't even have me in the top 10 while you have guys who beat someone who was 22-11-3 in their last fight.
