Any comments/criticisms of the British Top 30 P4P list are very welcome.
Re: British Top 30 P4P October 2016
Tyson Fury shouldn't be in there

Re: British Top 30 P4P October 2016
He should be out of the December as he won't have fought for one year.davie wrote:Tyson Fury shouldn't be in there
Re: British Top 30 P4P October 2016
Nothing I massively disagree with.
Maybe Stephen smith in at 30 instead of Gav McDonnell.

Re: British Top 30 P4P October 2016
Murray too low. Are you punishing him for losing fights?
Re: British Top 30 P4P October 2016
Fury and Khan too high.
Fury hasn't boxed for 11 months and won't be boxing for a long time.
Khan hasn't won a world title fight for 63 months and rarely goes in a boxing gym.

Re: British Top 30 P4P October 2016
Frampton should be top of the list. Hall moving up 6 places after a defeat is strange but overall a decent list.

I think that he should.davie wrote:Tyson Fury shouldn't be in there

I don't take fighters out of the rankings for being inactive for a year.Naandrew wrote:He should be out of the December as he won't have fought for one year.

Why update it every month then?Horse wrote:I don't take fighters out of the rankings for being inactive for a year.Naandrew wrote:He should be out of the December as he won't have fought for one year.

Khan is too high. Frampton should be number 1.
Re: British Top 30 P4P October 2016
Stephen Smith did respectably against Pedraza, so he is close to a place in the rankings.Naandrew wrote:Nothing I massively disagree with.

If he beats someone decent this month then he might enter next month's list.

Fights from October can't change October's rankings.DannyMCR wrote:Khan![]()

If he wins his next fight then he will probably move up to No. 1.Keko wrote:"The Jackal" is no1

Fury's the heavyweight champion. He belongs at No. 1 for now.BigDoofus wrote:Fury and Khan too high.

Khan hasn't won a world title fight for 63 months and rarely goes in a boxing gym.
If the fighters below Khan were being more active then he would have fallen quite a few places already.

Re: British Top 30 P4P October 2016
Hall vs Haskins was a very close fight and a lot of people scored it for Hall. I thought that the gap between them should close rather than widen afterwards.Deno1986 wrote:Frampton should be top of the list. Hall moving up 6 places after a defeat is strange but overall a decent list.

What leap of logic took place in your mind to think that that question was any sort of a reasonable response to what I wrote?DannyMCR wrote:Why update it every month then?Horse wrote:I don't take fighters out of the rankings for being inactive for a year.

His trainer said he needs to spend time in the gym - not just when he has a fight announced.Counter-puncher wrote:BigDoofus wrote: Khan rarely goes in a boxing gym.
