He should be out of the December as he won't have fought for one year.

Nothing I massively disagree with.
Maybe Stephen smith in at 30 instead of Gav McDonnell.

Murray too low. Are you punishing him for losing fights?

Fury and Khan too high.
Fury hasn't boxed for 11 months and won't be boxing for a long time.
Khan hasn't won a world title fight for 63 months and rarely goes in a boxing gym.

Frampton should be top of the list. Hall moving up 6 places after a defeat is strange but overall a decent list.

I don't take fighters out of the rankings for being inactive for a year.

Why update it every month then?

Stephen Smith did respectably against Pedraza, so he is close to a place in the rankings.

If he beats someone decent this month then he might enter next month's list.

Fights from October can't change October's rankings.

If he wins his next fight then he will probably move up to No. 1.

Fury's the heavyweight champion. He belongs at No. 1 for now.

If the fighters below Khan were being more active then he would have fallen quite a few places already.

Hall vs Haskins was a very close fight and a lot of people scored it for Hall. I thought that the gap between them should close rather than widen afterwards.

What leap of logic took place in your mind to think that that question was any sort of a reasonable response to what I wrote?

His trainer said he needs to spend time in the gym - not just when he has a fight announced.
