Joshua is a level above Parker. He would defeat him, early and easily.tigermoth87 wrote:No way does Joshua want anything of Parker. They're going to do whatever it takes to weasel out of facing him.
I'd say that's a pretty awful prediction, but since Joshua has not fought even one decent heavyweight yet these mindless early ko predictions will be regurgitated ad nauseam. He's the fakest human being in boxing, looks juiced out of his mind, and there's an army of chumps on their knees blowing this guy for beating nobodies. Hopefully AJ gets knocked out cold, sooner or later he will.ValMar wrote:Joshua is a level above Parker. I predict it will be series and it's split.ValMar wrote:Joshua is a level above Parker. He would defeat him, early and easily.tigermoth87 wrote:No way does Joshua want anything of Parker. They're going to do whatever it takes to weasel out of facing him.
He also faked low blows against Vaughn Beanecrusader wrote:That's Dimitrenko for you......he reacts like a baby when things get tough, especially to the body (see Chambers and Sosnowski). Parker was bothering him with every shot and I don't think there was anything underhanded about the fight.

Absolute, clear foul directly in front of the ref.x2x wrote:It was a totally one sided fight, but Parker hit and KO'd Dimitrenko when he was down. Shouldn't he have been disqualified for that, or at least given D time to recover and deduct points from P?
The video is in this thread....can you point out all these rights that Dimitrenko lands? Dimitrenko's jab was also out of range most of the time and Parker got past it repeatedly and pretty much whenever he decided to throw, so not seeing how we can say he struggled with that punch (can you point out some moments where this is visible?).Tanzio wrote:Absolute, clear foul directly in front of the ref.x2x wrote:It was a totally one sided fight, but Parker hit and KO'd Dimitrenko when he was down. Parker takes too many shots. He is decent but I don't see him as anything special. Dimitrenko landed far too many right hands and he troubled Parker with the long jab.
Dimitrenko tried to get Parker disqualified... Parker hit him with a light body shot while he was obviously down... Dimitrenko immediately acted like he was shot with a 30-06... It was an act the referee refused to buy -- though the same act worked for Montel Griffin and Andre Dirrell... They were better actors.
2nd time through, watching closer, Dimitrenko did not land as many rights as I thought. He landed one big one at the end of round 1. In round two he just missed a few that I thought landed on my phone the fitst viewing. He did not land anything as big as the shot near the end of 1. In the third he landed a couple of jabs that were harder than most anything Dimitrenko landed with his right, with the exception of that late round one shot.crusader wrote:The video is in this thread....can you point out all these rights that Dimitrenko lands? I agree that he gets hit too much, but Dimitrenko gave him no issues here.
Parker is lucky that he wasn't DQed straight away for that shot.mattsplat wrote:The ref robbed Parker of a controversy free victory and saved Dimitrenko from a beating. Parker shouldn't have given AD an out, but it doesn't matter. Even if it gets changed to a no contest, Parker has bigger things to look forward to
