Truthfully that interview just made me a bigger fan.Impractical Poster wrote:I agree to an extent. Conor wants no part of this beast.
Legacy wise he probably doesn't make the top 10 but from hearing him speak it's never been about that it's always been about making money and getting out early. While I'm not the biggest fan if he is able to do that and if he's able to force the UFC into a corner and giving him part of the business my hats off to him. Retiring at 28 with more money than anyone even needs would be pretty great.
Let's introduce to those who may not know him, The Eagle aka...."The Conor Killer".

From athletes we get a lot of false bravado and/or PR talk. With Khabib he speaks his mind and exactly how he feels. I love it. Massive respect how he spoke about slowly applying the kimura because he doesn't want to give anyone permanent damage.
There's 2 guys that currently deserve a shot over everyone else. Aldo and Khabib, I don't know which one deserves it more as they've both been lied to and fucked over by the UFC. I could see them making Aldo 2 before they give Khabib a shot because they want the gravy train to keep on running and a Khabib fight will hinder that.
