All talk. He hasn't proven sh!t compared to Ward or Krusher.

In fact, Brook has shown immensely greater ballz than 3G. When is 3G going to take a real challenge? When is he going to do something on the level of what Brook did? When is he going to come within screaming distance of doing what Ward just accomplished?

Talk is cheap.
Ward accomplished being knocked down and beaten up... He accomplished losing and being a part of the corruption that pervades Boxing.. He's an American and always gets the opportunities and fights he wants.. Hopkins didn't fight over 160 until he 41 and had no plans to.. but he got to fight everyone at 160.. Golovkin tried to move to 168 four times for an acclimation fight, but the fights were pulled out from under him.. He wanted 1 acclimation fight, and tried Oosthuizen, Rodriguez, Chavez, and Froch -- and they all talked big about fighting GGG, but turned tail and ran.. Ward got 3 acclimation fights at 175.. GGG has a lot of unfinished business at 160 with Saunders, Jacobs, Eubank, and Canelo... If Hopkins (who lost several fights at Middleweight) could go north at 41 Golokin has time to get these Middleweight cowards into a ring and still beat Jack, Kovalev, and Ward before he's through.

Lomachenko couldn't get Santa Cruz, Mares, Rigondeaux, or Selby into a ring at 126... They wouldn't even talk about it seriously... so he headed north to another Division... At Least Canelo, Saunders, Eubank, and Jacobs acted as if they might fight, and entered into talks with Golovkin, so there's hope. And if they fight he'll also beat Hopkins' record for successful defenses.

Give Ward a little bit of credit. I scored in favor of Kovalev, but Ward got off the canvas and really turned the fight around through the middle rounds and did enough to make the scores very close. People are talking like Kovalev shut him out and this is the worst decision of all time. I'm not even sure it was the worst decision on the card.

Yes, Ward is a very tough SOB using every opportunity. He deserves a credit for that. If they made it a draw, then the other robbery on that card would be worse, but they totally reversed the outcome taking 3 belts from a champion who didn't lose which makes it the worst robbery on the card.

The squealing like little pink piglets continues.

If Krusher was robbed, which he was not, he robbed himself. But the fact is that Ward got off the canvass and took his belts by winning 7 of the final 10 rounds, not just becoming the LHW champion with three belts but also establishing himself as the #1 boxer on the planet at this moment.

You're an idiot... Kovalev outboxed and out punched Ward according to the numbers... He landed more, cleaner, and harder punches... He carried the fight as the aggressor most of the time... and he knocked Ward down... He won 9 of the 12 rounds and wins 117-110.

No, a "master technician" like Ward just can't be outboxed. If he is not knocked down, he takes a round. 118-109 Ward

117-110 Kovalev is a pretty extreme card. I don't see that as being any more legitimate than 114-113 Ward.

Yep, 117-110 is when you give almost all close rounds to Kovalev, because he landed cleaner and more effective punches. While 114-113 Ward could only happen when you gift Kovalev's round 10 to Ward, 117-110 does not require such obvious cheating, so it is significantly more legitimate.

I think there were:

5 Kovalev rounds
3 Ward rounds
4 close rounds

To get to 117-110 Kovalev you have to give Kovalev every close round.

To get to 114-113 Ward you have to give Ward every close round.

Nobody laughs at a blind person... It's too tragic... And you have to be blind to see Ward winning that fight.

Kovalev landed more punches.. harder punches.. and more effective punches.. In addition he was the aggressor and carried the fight most of the way.. In addition he knocked Ward down hard and beat him up... As for Ward, he wrestled, shouldered, head-butted, leaned, held, threw low blows, and hit the deck from a hard right hand.. Out of that you find a 1-point victory for Ward??? ... I knew the fix was in when all 3 judges and the referee were Americans.. Spreading money around accomplishes a lot of corrupt things.

Funny thing is the commentators missed that jab... and most of what Kovalev was doing... and made up phantom crap that Ward wasn't doing... He headed Kovalev right in the face to no comment. Each one waited for the others to talk about it and none of them did. It was obvious Kovalev was struggling to keep Ward's head out of his face -- so he wouldn't lose on cuts that the referee would try to attribute to legal punches.

Rematch is 100 %
Love to see it done in Russia, that would be incredible if they made that and although not putting up big numbers would buy some mad respect the Russians couldn't deny.
If that isn't bridge building I don't know what is.
