The full thing was staged to drum up support to a bill struggling to captivate the interest of the public (because it's poor). They'll square the fines Del Boy gets, they'll do a few more on the door and on PPV. And everyone will move on. Laughable that this bill is PPV.

but people will still buy it as per usual and the people who's hobby is boxing have to carry on paying for every ppv the gulible public buy, its a joke

Yeah Tibbs came across the worst out of all of them.
He came across as an absolute dickhead. And the fact that he aggressively attacked a boxer with nearly no provocation shows that he should not be a trainer, has no wisdom to teach anything.
