When did he outclass Quigg? Around the time he needed to come from behind to beat James Dickens late?

If yes then sure as hell he beats Quigg in particular. And looking forward to Framptons heart wrenching story about how he has to feed his children.
You said they will continue to avoid him hence you're insinuating they've already been ducking him. Rigorous has nothing to do with this conversation so why bring him up?

I don't care about Frampton's story or quigg but I like them as boxers. However, Galahad does not feature on their radar as they're not fighting at British title level
When Frampton was European champion Galahad became his mandatory. Frampton gave his belt up along with his Commonwealth and Galahad quickly won them both.
A lot of boxers do this. Price became mandatory for Tyson Fury, even he vacated.

When Frampton was European Champ he defended against Jeromy Parodi - who at the time was ranked 5th on BoxRec's EUROPEAN Super Bantamweight rankings...

Carl was actively seeking a World title shot, being a highly ranked contender that he was. He had bigger fish to fry rather than just staying hanging around at European level.

Padded record Parodi was ranked 5th in the world by BoxRec? Really?

His point total at that time would only have him at 36th now, so the rankings must've changed big time.

Sorry, I meant the European rankings.
Avalon was the one who was 5th overall.

Ingle fighters go all in against people not from their gym.

What the brother who drugged him?
it does stink....

of sweat, hard work and champions. you name the level...over the last 30 years the ingle gym has had and has seen it all. but the gym walls have no memory, no memory of whatever happened in sparring between who and who.

Would be outstanding. So would Galahad v Gavin McDonnell if he could get back down to 122.

Even Hearn seems reluctant to put him on in Sheffield even being Brooks mate.

Probably be Eubanks undercard whenever he appears again for another PPV.
