Yes... They had a fight set with Povetkin and got VADA to raise questions about a PED test that easily passed. The WBC chimed in and said they needed to do an "investigation" ... The investigation took months and destroyed the fight, but Povetkin was exonerated... Then the WBC said Povetkin had to fight Stiverne to get to Wilder.. and the day of the fight they came up with 1/10 of a nanogram of Ostarine -- the same crap they said Bute and Browne took... Bute, Browne, and Povetkin all insist they'd never dream of taking Ostarine and had no idea what it is or what it does.Badhusker wrote:Just curious.........can you name any heavyweight that Wilder has ducked? I mean, who has offered a fight to him that he turned down? His resume is weak, but as far as I know he has not ducked anyone. Maybe that is what the top guys should put out there instead of blowing smoke. Has Joshua, Wlad, Ortiz, Parker, Fury ever made a legitimate offer to Wilder?
Ortiz has been calling out Wilder for years.. He was supposed to be the next mandatory, but the WBC is in Wilder's pocket.
And Wilder is not looking for Joshua.. He's trying to get the very beatable Parker -- who "won" his fights with Takam and Ruiz with questionable decisions.
