The reason he's milking it is because 90% of 'experts' gave him virtually zero chance of making it past the 2nd round, he won't really care about the way he won just the fact he won,if he was fighting 86 Tyson the experts would have predicted exactly the same outcome for him anyway.

Very deluded,i will say haye did back off after the first exchange but that was because the injured achillies has flared up and from then on haye didnt get into any exchanges nothing to do with bellew hitting him on the top of the head because bellew hit him with everything for 5 rounds and didnt dent him one bit

Not at all, debate is great, but the way some people have gone on about Bellew you'd think he was a low life criminal of the worst kind. He showed incredible balls and bravery to get in the ring and fight Haye. He is definitely an over-achiever, but it takes balls to do what he did last weekend. So many times in this sport, boxers enjoy success because of their physical attributes/skill set, what Tony has done is through hard work, grit and determination. He is not the most talented or gifted boxer but I honestly admire what he went through last weekend. I've watched the fight three times, including once with the sound totally off, and he went to hell and back. He was totally out of his depth up at heavyweight, he took some massive punches, he was knackered and out-gunned but he hung on in there. Yes, he can't really punch at heavyweight but it was tremendous how he went after Haye in the later rounds, time after time, doing his damndest to stop Haye. To me that's what the sport of boxing is all about, somebody giving it everything.

I'd say it was an amazing fight, yes. Guys at my running club were talking about it, so were people at work, the lads I watched the fight were enthralled by it too. I honestly think that sometimes on these forums there is a serious level of over-analysis going on. I am probably guilty of it myself at times. I expected Haye to win in the first or second, and I thought the fight was unforgettable. Okay it wasn't the thriller in manilla but as an experience, with the underdog hanging in there, and the drama and so on, it was amazing to watch.

Im an absolute a $$ to bellew on here only from what he has said in the past but that doesnt mean i havent got respect for what he has done and what he has achieved,tbh im beginning to like the guy. You see we as fans only see the fighter we dont see the man away from the ring and watching behind the ropes i seen a man pretty similar to myself= a man trying to be the best father to his kids as he can be,be the best husband he can be and just watching normal tv programmes. We all have views on fighters so why cant fighters like bellew have his opinion on haye? Or haye on bellew? Bellew has done it all british commonwealth European WBC champ and now multi millionaire ppv star,he came from nothing with,in my view,limited skills and won the lot and i take my hat off to the lad. We as fans and sometimes boxing experts give fighters unnecessary stick but thats because we want to see a war,we want to see a boxing lesson,we want to see a guy leave it all in the ring like they say they will but its safe for us to want this cause we arnt taking the punishment or going thru hell to get in tip top shape for a fight. All good points in the debate. I just think there's a few after-timers slagging off Bellew and forgetting the mission-impossible task he signed up for. The injury to Haye was nothing to do with Bellew, and on paper the fight was a mismatch. Bellew could easily have lost in the first round and been a laughing stock. He's not my favourite fighter but he has got bxxxxxks the size of grapefruits to sign up to fight Haye, move up to heavyweight, get in the ring, and do what he did. I think its entirely possible he does not win another fight at heavyweight, or even another fight in his career, but what he did last Saturday was fantastic. I get all the gripes about how the injury seemed to be air-brushed out of the whole thing afterwards, and the gripes about Sky, Hearn etc, but purely from the point of view of me being in love with the sport of boxing since I was a kid, what Bellew did last week really was something amazing.
