An old boy from Edinburgh phones the Royal Bank of Scotland and gets the automated answer system. He presses several numbers and gets put through to Surjit from Dehli. In a broad Indian accent Surjit says " Can I help you ,sir ? " The old boy says " Aye, you see son, I was in the bank this morning and I think I might have left my gloves on the counter ..... "
