what makes you believe that degale would fair better against golovkin than the rest of his opponents ?
GGG is unifying all mw titles then go up at 168 for DeGale. Y'all give him props for this move ?

DeGale is no bigger and no better than Jacobs.

James DeGale is slightly taller than Danny Jacobs; he competes in a heavier weight class than the American, which means that he's more accustomed to receiving heavier shots. I’d also be surprised if the Brit wasn’t a few pounds heavier than Jacobs either by the time he enters the ring.boxing_rocks wrote:DeGale is no bigger and no better than Jacobs.
Whilst Danny Jacobs’ superficially passes the proverbial “eyeball test” with a slightly better grade than the Brit, meaning that his form and level of domination looks more impressive, this can easily be explained by the fact that James DeGale’s quality of opposition and body-of-work is vastly superior to the American’s (excl. GGG).
I’m far from convinced about Abel Sanchez’s claims about Golovkin being “a better 168-pounder than he would be a 160-pounder”, though I do believe that he can be very successful at that weight, but perhaps his performance levels would be less impressive.

I don't give anyone props for any moves that haven't become a reality.

DeGale better hope so.apollo creed wrote:GGG defeats Saunders in June but things go wrong with the Canelo fight negotiations for September and GGG moves up for DeGale. Good or bad thing ?
His best chance for a big fight in the UK is GGG going up to 168.

Saunders did a Facebook live video today and said he'd sent everything back from his end to GGG but they've heard nothing. He said they can't wait longer than another few days as they need to move on if it isn't going to happen.

I imagine he's posturing there, he'll never see near that kind of money elsewhere.

Here he's saying he hasn't seen a contract. Which one is it?Wales wrote:Saunders did a Facebook live video today and said he'd sent everything back from his end to GGG but they've heard nothing. I hope the problem is not related to getting money from Kazakh government which probably involves dealing with a bunch of corrupt bureaucrates wanting their cuts.Wales wrote:Saunders did a Facebook live video today and said he'd sent everything back from his end to GGG but they've heard nothing. ... and I hope it is not Loefler trying to make Canelo fight at the expense of the unification. As a result, they will get neither of the fights.
