He's looked a different fighter at 168 but he hasn't fought anyone yet that's come to win. His life outside the ring has caused some long delays between contests and whilst he hasn't had any 'big name' opponents, he has dispatched those that he has faced brutally enough to be on the wrong side of the risk reward equation for many to want to face him.
I think I've said it before but when he went up to SM I thought that was a dreadful decision given his former much lighter weight, but he has looked like a killer at 168.
How far is he from a WBO mandatory position?
If he does sign for Matchroom it'll be interesting to see what they do with him. I can't see him headlining any shows at the moment (is he a decent ticket seller?) but him vs a Ryder/Fielding/Paul Smith/Brophy/Martin Murray would be good fights.
