Bellew vs Haye 2

Post by Ossyrules »

To his credit, bellew is giving haye the rematch.

How do you guys see it going? Providing Haye comes in fit and can do the rounds without breaking down

He harped on about the rematch pre fight, then post fight it was all about possible retirement. It's good that it's on again to hopefully get a decisive decision

So there's no credit from you, oh well, moving on

Same as the first fight. Either Haye wins early or Bellew wins late.

There's no credit about it.

Where else is Bellow going to get a mega payday?

As for Haye coming in fit & not breaking down, that is the bigget 'if' of all-time.

Haye gets injured farting in the bath, so it's doubtful he'll come to the fight without some sort of ready made excuse in case he loses.

No interest in this at all. Bellew got lucky and Haye needs to retire.

Hayes the biggest money fight, but there were a couple other opportunities mentioned for Bellew post haye Bellew 1.

It is abig if re Hayes fitness and health. Call a ruptured Achilles as an excuse if you like, or call it a legitimate injury.

The first fight played out well for them both. Both got big money, now they will probably get bigger money to do the rematch!

Bellew has the two paydays instead of the expected one and Haye gets to earn big money against a fairly straight forward opponent ( as opposed to having to risk fighting a beast like Joshua for the big dough )

If fit, Haye wins. As said though, that's a huge if!!!!!

Was just gonna say, don't see this reported.

Don't see rematch happening. I think he'll fight Parker/Fury winner.

If Haye's 100% fit (I'm not convinced he was going in to the last fight) then he wins via TKO.

Haye has already said that he would do it again with the purse split reversed.

Last time out Haye got £4.2 million, Bellew got £2.8 million.
So turn that around either way.

I would say so. Bellew has said that he will fight in the summer and Haye won't have recovered in time for that.

Also, Haye will have to agree to be sat at the press conference when Bellew makes his entrance

To his credit!?

Hahaha, it's a licence to print money, who else is Bellew going to fight for that kind of money.

Retirement fight for Haye most likely, I won't be surprised if he comes back into the ring crocked.

If Haye does win, I expect a rubber match.

Bellew's mouth has gotten him into this position as much as his fists.

I thought beating Haye first time round got him into the position of granting him a rematch, still so many not giving Bellew any credit whatsoever for the victory, even if it was tainted somewhat by the injury.
