Profile: Anthony Joshua/Wladimir Klitschko, (this will be confirmed soon according to rumors) but for you list, Pacquiao/Horn. None of these other guys are big draws.

Exciting: Berchelt/Miura because you have two hungry guys willing to go toe-to-toe. Easily, a FoTY candidate from the start.

Boring: Rigondeaux/Flores most likely with Pascal/Alvarez a close second.

Mismatch: Corrales/Castellanos because I think Castellanos is way, way too small for SFW. He was looking a lot smaller than Gamboa.

Interest: Brook/Spence Jr., Saunders/Khurtsidze, Groves/Chudinov, Kovalev/Ward, Shafikov/Easter Jr., and Berchelt/Miura.
