Listen to Boomer and Khan.
What about the Stevenson fight? Didn't think a huge heart was shown in that one.

No one is saying he didn't quit. Obviously Kell quit.

You and Bellew are saying he shouldn't have.

Bellew and Khan are talking rubbish here.

Bellew did a similar thing against Stevenson by turning his back, and Khan has never been given the chance to quit as he has already been KO'd.

Not sure about Nelson and Bellew saying he shouldn't have quit.

It's easy to say "fight until you've got no fight" when it's not you that could have had to spend the next 40-50yrs with one eye.

Hang on, what is the problem with the word 'quit'?

If used without judgement it is accurate. He could not see and turned away, took a knee and decided to not fight on.

Of course he shouldn't have quit. If he was worried about the eye the doctor should have looked at in between rounds and his corner should have pulled him out. He fights until the the ref stops it or the corner throw in the towel.

What the fornicate is Bellew talking about?

I don't think Kell was worried about being knocked down. He was worried about taking serious damage to his eye.

Belles talks about how if you get knocked down you have to get up and you hear Amir go 'yeah' in the background. Khans ended a night on his back more often than a £2 hooker ffs.

I wouldn't give Brook any grief about his decision to call it a night. Considering he's coming off an eye injury that required surgery in his last fight I'm sure anybody would avoid receiving another serious eye injury that could potentially lead to surgery if they could. Being laid up in the hospital getting surgeries kinda sucks.

One, correct as per my scorecard. Three understandable, so many close rounds. Five, wrong.
No it wasn't. Plenty here had Spence up by 4/5+
Most of the first six were tight rounds, but five ahead is wrong. Those scorecards suggest Brook only won 2/3 rounds
It was depends what you like when scoring. I had Spence winning throughout the fight. There were a lot of swing rounds in there but I prefered Spences' work.

IT wrote:Spence not spencer!! Ffs

 that was pissing me off too.

I had Brook 4-2 up after 6 but couldn't give him another round after that and Spence was timing him more and more making a stoppage inevitable especially with the eye damage hindering Brook. Kell did seem to tire badly at the halfway point, whether that was the weight issue or just Spence's pace and aggression I don't know, maybe both, but 147 is surely in the past for Brook now.

So? He's never quit has he, when he could he's gotten up. You're criticising a boxer for getting knocked out now.

Don't be an idiot. Not all fighters need to be saved from themselves. Brook was against Golovkin, and here he decided to save himself.

I've always slagged Bellew (pre haye) for going down v Stevenson but if you look back at footage he looks like a rake

Khan doesn't want Brook, even now

We all thought Nelson should have been more entertaining, and that Bellew shouldn't have shat it when Stevenson responded to him at the weigh in.
