Cotto is retiring this year. Why not aim to be a 5 division champion by facing one of the weaker title holders like Tyron Zeuge? He won't have to drain and has nothing to lose. He could of easily faced De Carolis while he was a champion as he was one of the weakest title holders at 168 in recent years.

He really should not be fighting in a division where the fighters are 168 pounds, 6' 0", with a 74" wingspan.
