Cleverly looks slow and predictable. Jack should dominate the fight.
Absolutely not, Clev is not slow.

He will get money from elsewhere. The figure shown to NSAC will be lower for tax reasons as well.

He can make a very good living out of boxing just doing enough to stay relevant. he is a world champion, but I don't think you can say he grabbed his opportunity with both hands- kind of got handed too him a little. He'll hang with Jack, but not do enough to beat him.

To me Bellew 2 showed where he is at. The move up to cruiserweight was clearly fabricated to build that fight. He never should have moved up but accepted he needed to as that was the money fight, and that he was probably going to lose to a lesser fighter by doing so. Kovalev knocked the ambition to be the best out of him. But the Bellew, fonfara and braehmer fights showed he does have heart and toughness.
Excellent analysis of Clev :TU:

Yes - he'll get a slice of the Uk PPV money (albeit a small slice) in addition to what's declared in the US.

he'll be getting a pasting but least the payday is worth it.

turns out jack is on a small fortune and clev is getting nowhere near.

i thought he was good at maths. :OhYes:

I hope Cleverly is gets paid well off thhe back of the PPV. Even a tiny percentage of the PPV will be some serious change and good for him.

I have a feeling this will be his last fight.

Clev is co-main due to Davis losing his title apparently.
MayMac is due on between 4am and 4.30am from what I've seen.
Not got a clue regarding Cotto...

Cleverly is getting a cut of the U.K. PPV buys as I understand it. The pay sheet is misleading regarding him.

Good news for Clev if so. I'm sure his degree in Maths comes in handy when negotiating percentage points

Good luck to him but I think the number of UK buys might be rather underwhelming

Would go along with Clev's entire career then wouldn't it?

Jack should win this on points. It cant be that he is robbed again, after all this is FMJ promotion. I wonder what Clev has left in him though.

Completely disagree.

Jack for me is one of the most underrated fighters in the sport. He should be lineal super middleweight champion as well.

Time and time again Jack gets written off. The whole forum including myself thought Groves was going to run through him.

I think Cleverly pre Kovalev may have stood a chance but I think Jack is going to stop him around 9-10.

Bivol is mandated to fight the winner straight away as he stood aside for the fight to happen.

No way a stoppage, Badu couldn't knock out a W ank

Clev needs to retire ASAP. Never been the same since Kovalev hammered him.
