Parker's promoter David Higgins
Evening lads, just caught up with the presser today and was laughing in amusement what was Parker's promoter Higgins doing? He made himself look like a real fool hardly the best way to promote a fight?
What do you lads feel?

Re: Parker's promoter David Higgins
If he was British I'd think, and say, he was a wanker. He's absolutely hanging out of his arse ffs.Alba wrote:if this guy was "British" you would all be foaming about hillarious he was and a true "Character" of the game and all that pish, just cause hes from overseas you find the tone changes
In a promotion that already looks cheap, crap and embarrassing for all concerned, this just adds a further touch of all three.

For whatever it's worth I'm with Duco, how can we seriously have a referee that CARRIED a clearly out of it Nathan Cleverly to his corner be the referee?

Re: Parker's promoter David Higgins
If you buy a £40 ticket then I'm pretty certain you will be able to sit in the £200-£300 seats for the whole event. Apparently only 3k of the 10k tickets have been sold.kbackup408 wrote:do you reckon they will give free tickets pal, idm driving down to Manny for the weekend ?Boxing Prospect wrote:I'm wondering when they will begin the ticket give aways....gonna have to aren't they?coneye wrote:When a build up has been amicable , and it turns to this , you always have to ask , hows the ticket sales going ,

Has to be said but as ridiculous, crazy and completely unprofessional as that entire outburst and spectacle was, It was probably more fun to watch then listening to them talking in such a monotone and boring way.
I wasn't expecting an outburst like Chisora - Whyte had before their fight, but a little more friendly/competitive back and forth between the champion and the challenger and their teams would have livened the ordeal up a little.
