Parker's promoter David Higgins

Post by kbackup408 »

Evening lads, just caught up with the presser today and was laughing in amusement what was Parker's promoter Higgins doing? He made himself look like a real fool hardly the best way to promote a fight?

What do you lads feel?

If he was British I'd think, and say, he was a wanker. He's absolutely hanging out of his arse ffs.

In a promotion that already looks cheap, crap and embarrassing for all concerned, this just adds a further touch of all three.

I'm wondering when they will begin the ticket give aways....gonna have to aren't they?

For whatever it's worth I'm with Duco, how can we seriously have a referee that CARRIED a clearly out of it Nathan Cleverly to his corner be the referee?

If you buy a £40 ticket then I'm pretty certain you will be able to sit in the £200-£300 seats for the whole event. Apparently only 3k of the 10k tickets have been sold.

Has to be said but as ridiculous, crazy and completely unprofessional as that entire outburst and spectacle was, It was probably more fun to watch then listening to them talking in such a monotone and boring way.

I wasn't expecting an outburst like Chisora - Whyte had before their fight, but a little more friendly/competitive back and forth between the champion and the challenger and their teams would have livened the ordeal up a little.
