6 KO wins in 70 days against 6 guys who all 6 got a winning record themself?! Most of them by KO in the first round?
On the picture he doesn't look that impressive, and I can't find much about him, but I can't name any boxer out there with 6 KO wins in 70 days.
Yeah I watched one of his two fights with Solomon Maye on you-tube but I wasn't at all impressed.
I've kept clear of this thread up until now as I wanted to give it some thought: Firstly you've got the obvious ones, WSB and top amateurs who have been discussed already ... Hrgovic, Teslenko, Sirenko, Yoka, Dychko, Rock, Joyce, Dubois, Afonin, Alfonso ... so I'll disregard them.
Then you've got guys who are already established or semi-established like your Carlos Negron,Trevor Bryan, Izuagbe Ugonoh, I'll disregard them.
Also those who aren't pushing on and/or have been a pro too long to be still thought of as a prospect ... Sergei Kuzmin, Bogdan Dinu, Tyrone Spong, Marcin Siwy, Michael Wallisch, Evgenios Lazaridis, LaRon Mitchell, the three Chinese guys ... many others.
Those too old to be considered prospects (top amateurs /WSB get a pass) like Greg Corbin, Onoriode Ehwarieme, Romarick Ngoula, Umut Camkiran, Rostislav Plechko ... etc
Those already mentioned like Nick Mazurek, Jermain Franklin, Krysztof Kosela, Mladen Miljas, George Arias, Martin Bakole Ilunga, Agron Smakici ... those who haven't really got started yet ... Facundo Cesar Ghiglione, Cassius Chaney, Pavel Doroshilov, Marcus Carter, Efe Ajagba and many more that have come up short, flattered to deceive, or fighting at Cruiserweight for the moment.
So who still makes the cut? I'm sure some should be disqualified by falling into the above categories ...but in no particular order ...
Willis Meehan, Stephan Shaw, Hussein Muhammad, Hasim Rahman Jnr., Uaine "Junior" Fa, Filiberto "Chiquilin" Tovar, Trey Lippe Morrison, Nathan Gorman, Mohamed Soltby, Pezhman Seifkhani, Pawel Wierzbicki, Hemi Ahio, Demsey McKean, Nahuel Martinez, Erzen Rrustemi, Sahret Delgado ... I think that'll do to be going on with. Feel free to point out any errors or omissions - no, not omissions, there will be loads of those.
