He gets stick for two reasons; he's boring in the ring, and a bit of an idiot out of it. You get boxers who were pretty awful people but great to watch, and vice versa, but Fury fits into neither camp really, hence poor ticket sales and poor audience figures. He's just not that entertaining and as Mickey clearly can't get his head round, people don't really watch two lumbering heavyweights barely hitting each other and think 'this is brilliant.' It's like any sport - do you get into football because you like 4-3 thrillers or do you really enjoy watching your team snuff the life out of a game 1-0. There's no right answer - but clearly
most people pick the former.
A Tyson win would go against the 'system' in a way, but it would hardly be some amazing upset. Loads of people on here seem to think all Fury has to do is shed ten stone and he'll be back to the heavyweight Mayweather he was beforehand. I obviously disagree with that particular fantasy but it's not like Fury is some distant outsider. That said, I'd rather Joshua won because he's not a god-crazy homophobic bible basher like Fury, (I hate people ramming religion down people's throats all the time and Fury is
obsessed with it), and a Joshua win hopefully keeps him in entertaining fights.
It's good for the sport basically. Boxing is all the better for having Wembley full rather than 5,000 people in a three quarter full arena.
