Re: Who DO YOU WANT to win? AJ vs Fury
I wouldn't bet against Fury, the way he shut out Wlad was very impressive. It was not the most exciting fight, but proved Fury can adapt and make a fight his own if needed.
Re: Who DO YOU WANT to win? AJ vs Fury
I would like AJ to win...If Fury get back to his best???
AJ wouldn't get near him.
Would lose on a wide points decision.

Plus Cunningham had him dropped and was ahead when Fury got to him. Joshua is twice the size and chin looks fine.Boxerbeetle wrote: ↑15 Nov 2017, 13:34Really? Even though Wlad very nearly beat him on points while barely landing a meaningful punch?
Tyson's first win over Chisora is probably his second best performance but the Wlad win has been overrated. Tyson landed on average less than three more punches than Wlad per round.

Which I would assume means he landed 3 or 4 punches in each round to Wlad's 1 or 0?dirk2686 wrote: ↑15 Nov 2017, 13:44Plus Cunningham had him dropped and was ahead when Fury got to him. AJ looked a bit in trouble when Wlad bounced him off the canvas.... Tyson took the same shots and laughed, then put his hands behind his back!dirk2686 wrote: ↑15 Nov 2017, 13:44Plus Cunningham had him dropped and was ahead when Fury got to him. Re: Who DO YOU WANT to win? AJ vs Fury
He never took a shot like that from Wlad. Wlad might've thrown a shot that powerful once or twice in the entire fight vs Fury.mickey1975 wrote: ↑15 Nov 2017, 14:00

The moment when Fury was hanging in the corner with his arms outstretched on the ropes is the ultimate proof of my stance that Wlad didn't fight that night. Fury is standing there with his arms spread apart. Chin up in the air. Wlad just looks at him...doesn't throw a punch.
He wasn't fighting. Anybody can beat a guy that's not fighting.
Re: Who DO YOU WANT to win? AJ vs Fury
It wasn’t just about shots landed though. Fury controlled the pace of the bout as well. The action happened when Fury wanted it.dirk2686 wrote: ↑15 Nov 2017, 13:44Plus Cunningham had him dropped and was ahead when Fury got to him. Yes, easy... Should have got yourself over then, made a few quid and beat the long time undefeated, undisputed champ, wish I'd have thought of it.gilgamesh wrote: ↑15 Nov 2017, 14:04He never took a shot like that from Wlad. Re: Who DO YOU WANT to win? AJ vs Fury
Fury knew he was the luckiest man in the world to be in there with a Wlad that I can only assume must've been sick or something. That's why he avoided the rematch like the plague, and has become a fat sh*t. He knows he's a fraud, and defending his title would prove it to the guys like you swinging from his balls.mickey1975 wrote: ↑15 Nov 2017, 14:11

Re: Who DO YOU WANT to win? AJ vs Fury
Don't get me wrong...I like AJ as a person. But for me the Tyson who best Wlad with absolute ease, would beat Joshua all day long. AJ runs out of gas after 5 Rounds and lets be honest here. Wlad should have finished AJ when he had him down/ almost out in that fight. Tyson is too quick and awkward for Joshua. The only way he could win ...Is by KO. No way can he outbox Fury he doesnt have the agiliy or speed. Just hope he proves me wrong in 2018.dirk2686 wrote: ↑15 Nov 2017, 13:44Plus Cunningham had him dropped and was ahead when Fury got to him. Re: Who DO YOU WANT to win? AJ vs Fury
Tyson definitely beats AJ to say "Wlad just didn't throw a punch" and that's the only reason he lost is comical
Wlad was clueless , he didn't know what ever to do with Tyson & he couldlnt even begin to think about timing him for a counter or anything as Tyson was so unorthodox he just didn't know where to start
Tyson beats AJ on a landslide points win or gets him out of there by bodyshot as AJ starts to huff & puff

Yep ! I couldn't agree more. It wouldn't even be a competive fight . Fury v Wilder would be better in my opinon.Oiky wrote: ↑15 Nov 2017, 15:20 Tyson definitely beats AJ to say "Wlad just didn't throw a punch" and that's the only reason he lost is comicalWlad was clueless , he didn't know what ever to do with Tyson & he couldlnt even begin to think about timing him for a counter or anything as Tyson was so unorthodox he just didn't know where to start

Re: Who DO YOU WANT to win? AJ vs Fury
I lie AJ as a fighter. I'm not a hater and I look forward to his fights etc... I'm a bit of a Fury fanboy though. I think if they do meet then AJ will eventually get to Tyson and stop him but I would want Tyson to win. If it does happen then I hope Tyson can get himself in good shape and have a good warm up win beforehand.

That shot would have put Fury down or any other HW, don't think Vlad even landed a decent punch on Fury, it was an awful fight, that said I think a fit Fury could give AJ a world of problems.gilgamesh wrote: ↑15 Nov 2017, 14:03He never took a shot like that from Wlad. 54% for fury at the time of my vote
So English, put a guy on a pedestal to be a superstar, then knock him down in any way
Let’s vote for the Coke head, with a failed peds test, homophobic, sexist, moron
Anyone with a brain cell should want Joshua to win

I agree with part of this. The bit where you say saying Wlad just didn’t throw any punches, it’s hugely nit giving fury the credit for being a difficult target to set upOiky wrote: ↑15 Nov 2017, 15:20 Tyson definitely beats AJ to say "Wlad just didn't throw a punch" and that's the only reason he lost is comicalWlad was clueless , he didn't know what ever to do with Tyson & he couldlnt even begin to think about timing him for a counter or anything as Tyson was so unorthodox he just didn't know where to start

The bit to say fury definitely beats Joshua is funny tough. Based on there careers and his power I don’t think anyone can say anyone definitely beats Joshua.
I’d be amazed if fury did get Joshua out of there with a body shot. That’s not fury’s game at all

joshua is far more powerful than fury but Tyson is by far the better boxer. I will always believe Tyson would out box AJ & ud him comfortably
It's not his game no but the way AJ blows at times I think fury would see it as a perfect opportunity
Re: Who DO YOU WANT to win? AJ vs Fury
fury used to work the body well until he decided to become a jab, move, and feint safety first machine. can only see him using that risk reduction approach vs a banger like joshua.
