Your original post laid all the blame at the feet of Parker and Wilder for not getting the fights made.
nitro5912 wrote: ↑18 Dec 2017, 12:52Why should AJ overpay when he will end up overpaying for every single fight?.
sometimes you have to "overpay" to get something you want.
There are 4 Heavyweight World Titles and AJ already holds 2 of them, if he wants to add anymore to his collection he will have to pay for them. Its supply and demand.
Once he holds all 4 belts nobody can dictate anything to him, he will be paying mandatory fees nothing more.
He just has to believe he can win all 4.

He doesn't need to bring anything else, he brings the WBC Title
No it didn't. It blames all parties. I think i said this is what i hate about boxing.
That is ok saying over pay for wilder, then it becomes overpay for parker, then fury will want more, and so on. At some point AJ will have to accept that wilder will want more than 35% & wilder will have to accept that he doesn't bring anything to the tablr for 50%.
Wilder if he wants 50% should be trying tp beat AJ in getting the parker fight.
You talk of the population of the US.
But let's look at fight attendances.
AJ v Takam - millenium stadium 75k
Wilder v stiverne - the barclays centre
AJ v wlad - wembley 90k
wilder v washington 19k
So AJ is the bigger draw and i bet if they went to vegas, the crowd would be very British
