I don't know about that. Paper Champions come from all over. Western Europe does seem as if they'll celebrate a Paper Title win with equal fervor as they will a True World Title though for some weird reason though.

But I suppose that's a comment on the fans enthusiasm which is one of the things making Boxing a hotbed in that region, which is certainly not a bad thing.

Honestly the whole thing was meant to be pretty obvious tongue in cheek, with totally strechted and OTT stereotypes.

My main problem with Brittish fighters is hardly any can use angles.
