You'd never believe how much he thinks Shannon Briggs has earned.danconnollyeire wrote: ↑28 Feb 2018, 20:58Only you could possibly think povetkin make 20 mill a fight ffsasdfjkl wrote: ↑28 Feb 2018, 08:41When Povetkin fought Klitschko he made like 20 mil I thought, he was about to get a world title again, he was very popular all over the world and in fact still makes more money as Wilder does each match. Povetkin had 4 matches ever since and actually should have had 5 matches if Wilder actually showed up instead of celebrating holiday in the UK.SenorPipino wrote: ↑28 Feb 2018, 08:36
Seriously?
Has Povetkin come anywhere close to earning $100 million in his career?
Even earning $10 million sounds like a stretch.
5*20 mil is 100 mil, on top of that he payed Wilder several millions because the American judges turn out to be a bunch of scammers who refuse to listen to doctors but do believe Wilder his team blind, even when the facts and numbers proof Wilder his team wrong. Even Wada/Vada their current rules rule Povetkin 100% innocent, his sample of back then wouldn't even be mentioned at all in current standards. Also, the sport of boxing would have been much bigger since Povetkin actually does fight top contenders, unlike Wilder, who only destroys the sport as much as he can purely for money.

I can't believe so many people think Povetkin failed tests that he passed with flying colors,... Innuendo gets better traction than truth... I don't care how much money Alexander Povetkin made -- or how great he is or isn't as a boxer... He has a clear conscience -- which is the only sure reward for people who do the right thing but get messed over by the powers that be.tiny_acres wrote: ↑28 Feb 2018, 17:37Dude you are arguing with the guy that masturbates with copies of Povetkins failed ped tests. Seriously asdfucked needs psychiatric helpSenorPipino wrote: ↑28 Feb 2018, 16:00 It's of course ludicrous to argue that Povetkin has been paid mega-purses and is a member of that very rare $100 million+ club.
Only the true elites, the rare superstars of boxing have cracked that figure.
Povetkin is no superstar.
Some people spend 20 or 30 years in prison before it's discovered that they're innocent... Some innocent people actually face capital punishment... Povetkin can rest assured that he's not the most fukked over human in History.

Exactly this, many dumb people are completely brainwashed by the media. "You can't teach a men what he thinks he already knows". Back in the 1970s they discovered downforce in formula 1, the improvement was so big, it couldn't be real, so they drove the race without the spoiler anyway!Kalan wrote: ↑01 Mar 2018, 02:58I can't believe so many people think Povetkin failed tests that he passed with flying colors,... The fastest computer in the world in the year 2000 costed 46 milion dollar, today you can buy a computer twice as fast for 59 dollar. By 2025, going to your work by taxi every day will be cheaper as going to your work by your own car every day. In 2035, 95% of the world will work on solar energy. Many cardealers will be gone, oil compagnies shrinked like nothing else before, garages 90% gone, car ensurenses gone, petrol stations, gone. Truckdrivers, gone, petrol or dieselcars, gone. Parking spots, all over the place. But ofcourse, I'm the idiot here, what have I been smoking right? It's really funny to see people completely being blindfolded not believing me when I tell them the truth, but I guess the only thing I can do is saying; see you in 2035.

Um. . . .help me out here. . . .What is the connection between Povetkin and Al Haymon/PBC with Waddel & Reed's loss of 3/4 billion dollars ?. . . .I may be slow but I sure am dumb not to see it.

Re: The biggest loser in the history of boxing!. . . .
There is no connection.
It's just another bizarre opportunity for asdjfkl to rant on upon perceived injustices heaped on one of his heroes, Povetkin, and also go wildly ballistic over his favorite bogeymen: Haymon and Wilder.
But you can't be too hard on the guy. As he modestly said in one of his lengthy missives on another thread--also about Povetkin---"I'm really trying to do the very best for this world as hard as I can..."
He's making the planet a better place.
Re: The biggest loser in the history of boxing!. . . .
The fact that Al Haymon is so involved in the sport of boxing, yet is almost never seen or interviewed is creepy to me. He comes off as a "shadow boss".

I think he has some type of social anxiety disorder.
But what about the PBC ring announcers? Why aren't they seen on the telecasts?
