Surely they'll grant an extension. Groves deserves to take his place in the final.

I agree however 7th July is when 2 of the World Cup quarter final games are played. Looking at how the tournament is scheduled it looks like England will play on that day if they get out of their group. One of the quarter finals kicks off at 9pm. Can't see World Boxing Super Series or ITV Box Office wanting to go head to head with a massive free to air sporting event featuring the English national team, especially if the game goes into extra time and penalties.

I'm pretty sure that's Russian time.

The latest a game kicks off over here is 7pm. Would be finished well before the main event even with ET and penalties.

Might work out quite well with half the country out on the piss as well.

I wouldn't worry about it, Tunisia will probably be playing that date instead of England.
