Boxing nutrition guide.

Post by kaysonep »

Hi, I'm fairly new to boxing. I was told to eat a lot of carbs. My question is how to lose weight and maintain energy throughout training.

Can someone give me a sample of their meal plan?

Everybody's body is different and I don't know if you're a HW or not.

Advice where you can't go wrong is avoiding processed sugar and I hate to say it, alcohol.

...AND...because of what Tony said, each individual is different. Fast v. Slow metabolizers; Where you are at right now regarding fitness; what is your goal...a proper trainer is what you need, Boyo! Good luck and all the best to you!
