Wilder vs. Fury, November 2018, who wins ?
Supposing this fight will happen, what do you think about ? Who wins ? How ? Why do you think so ?
Re: Wilder vs. Fury, November 2018, who wins ?
Wilder, Knockout within 6 rounds, Why do I think so? Because he's not a fat cokehead
Re: Wilder vs. Fury, November 2018, who wins ?
If Fury comes in the same shape he did against Klitschko, Wilder is getting schooled. I'll have to see what Fury looks like against Pianata coming up.
Re: Wilder vs. Fury, November 2018, who wins ?
..I agree, let's see how Fury does against Pianata first..
Re: Wilder vs. Fury, November 2018, who wins ?
Yeah so they say.
Wilder ain't just gonna come in the ring, and stare at him though. I don't think Fury is much of a threat to any of the Top Heavies honestly. He's just a big name for 'em to knock over.
Re: Wilder vs. Fury, November 2018, who wins ?
As it has already been mentioned, we gotta see Pianeta to assume such things. But anyway Klitschko fight wasn't too eventful, cause exeptionally rational Wlad wasn't able even to find the distance for his attacks. Wilder doesn't try pressure his opponents also, he doesn't constantly try to find the oppenings, which though make his right hand more elusive. His fights tend to begin intence, either tactical from both sides or with Wilder being pressured. They'll box with Fury and if Fury is fit, that won't be good for Wilder. Sure, Wilder will try to land his right from time to time, but Fury won't come out there without knowing it.

Tyson will lose his head in the build up and probably during the fight, he needs his uncle Peter imo.
Re: Wilder vs. Fury, November 2018, who wins ?
Well, he managed to break down under his guidance, so Peter probably isn't that handy in this question. He just was able to improve directly Tyson's game in the ring. That creates the question, if Fury manages to regain his best fighting conditions or not without Peter.lillywhite14 wrote: ↑17 Aug 2018, 14:53 Tyson will lose his head in the build up and probably during the fight, he needs his uncle Peter imo.

Maybe YOU need to see Pianeta to assume such things. I have no doubt that Wilder will smash Fury like the joke he is.DrDuke wrote: ↑17 Aug 2018, 14:51As it has already been mentioned, we gotta see Pianeta to assume such things. The bottom line: Fury beats Wilder. The American only has a puncher's chance.

Re: Wilder vs. Fury, November 2018, who wins ?
..at this point I'm not sure Fury is mentally and physically fit to take on the best, that puncher's chance can be a real threat considering Fury is not exactly renowned for his ability to absorb punishment..in addition, we don't know if that's the same Fury (considering his flirting with weight and mental issues) who decisioned Wlad 3 years ago..but hey, what do I know

Who wins twitter?
You don't really think they're going to fight, do you?

Wilder already starting with the theatrics. He recently crashed Fury's weigh-in for the Pianeta fight and got into a shouting match with Fury's dad
Re: Wilder vs. Fury, November 2018, who wins ?
fury looking bad could still be useful info though
Re: Wilder vs. Fury, November 2018, who wins ?
Come on Gil,
You know Fury has cleaned up his act and dropped the weight
Your talking past tense, his transformation has been nothing short or incredible from what we saw 14 months back. If he can still box at the level he was at in 2015, then you have to give him a chance against Wilder
Re: Wilder vs. Fury, November 2018, who wins ?
Even if he's EXACTLY the same fighter that fought Wlad, Wilder ain't just gonna stare at him for 12 rounds. He's f*cked.KiwiRider wrote: ↑18 Aug 2018, 01:12Come on Gil,

I sense some deep set resentment. Now, I'm not normally the hugging type...gilgamesh wrote: ↑18 Aug 2018, 01:14Even if he's EXACTLY the same fighter that fought Wlad, Wilder ain't just gonna stare at him for 12 rounds. He's f*cked.KiwiRider wrote: ↑18 Aug 2018, 01:12Come on Gil,

No resentment whatsoever. Just acknowledgment of events that have taken place.KiwiRider wrote: ↑18 Aug 2018, 01:16I sense some deep set resentment. Re: Wilder vs. Fury, November 2018, who wins ?
If this fight happens, and it's still a big if, then Wilder stops him inside 6 rounds.
Going by the Ortiz fight, it's true that Fury is way more elusive, but it's also true that Ortiz was way more dangerous, almost too dangerous as we saw.
Fury fans might be counting on him to do to Wilder what he did to Klitschko. That's unlikely to happen. The standard Fury attempts at psychological destabilisation will have little effect on Deontay Wilder.
Although it was admirable the way both Klitschko's conducted themselves before their fights with Haye, Chisora and Fury we won't be seeing Wilder following suit. He clearly believes in fighting fire with fire rather than turning the other cheek.
Attempts to bully or intimidate Deontay Wilder outside or inside the ring could help to shorten the fight, but not in the way Fury would hope.
