We need more of them IMO. A lot of guys seem to be skipping the domestic scene nowadays. It's a pity.

Lueshing/Saunders II was pretty entertaining.
CAT/Dunstan was good, close fought bout with plenty of give and take.

Absolutely agree. The game is definitely poorer for a lack of big domestic British title fights.
Biggest sinner currently, that comes to mind is Yarde and until most recently Hughie Fury.

Re: Favourite all British fights.....
Renda vs Samuel 1 was great fun. Enzo vs hobson 1 I remember being a good scrap and I personally think moore vs Rhodes was better than moore vs macklin, both great fights btw. Thompson vs haye, Williams vs potter left me speechless and although sprott vs Audley was crap the finish was crazy lol.
Re: Favourite all British fights.....
Has anyone got a wiki or summary of the British Boxing Yearbook's FOTYs?
I can remember some of them and got a lot of the yearbooks but bit patchy beyond about 2000.

Jamie Mckeever vs Tony Mullholland was a cracker, local derby and all that obviously not on the level of Benn vs Eubank but still a good scrap.
Jamie Moore vs Mathew Macklin aswell,Jamie Moore vs Ryan Rhodes was a decent scrap aswell.

Hatton v Thaxton was a brutal brilliant fight and sticks in my memory
Probably too recent to be mentioned as an all time favourite British fight but Zelfa Barrett v Ronnie Clark was an epic

Samuels v Renda, Hatton v Thaxton, Mullings v Oliver, Davison v Robinson, Enzo mac v Hobson 1 and Lewis v Mason were all entertaining fights.

Re: Favourite all British fights.....
Davison v Robinson is one of my favourites. Davison v Driscoll was also good. Obviously Davison was known for wars vs Thais & Koreans but his fights versus British opposition are just as good, if not better.
Re: Favourite all British fights.....
Kaylor-Gumbs in 1983 at the Ally Pally was a bit special, the first showdown between Mr Warren and the Cartel and a genuine 50-50 fight between the hard-bitten Gumbs and the unbeaten Kaylor, who climbed off the floor to force a sensational stoppage.
