The canelo fight was obviously just a big money fight for Khan , he got huge money , but why should he risk his life again . If Brook can't make the weight its simple go fight someone his own size , This rehdrahtion clause SHOULD be mandatory for ALL fights ,Switch hitter wrote: ↑31 Oct 2018, 14:26It's Brooks life too boiling down to the weight which he's done once in nearly 2 yrs. Canelo fight had no rehydration clause so why so Brook it's double standards by Khan again. Why should Brook back down to Khan? There is no title on the line so there shouldn't be a rehydration clause.coneye wrote: ↑31 Oct 2018, 13:55Good point , but if it was mandatory for ALL fights , boxers would have to stop trying to build up fights where they obviously are getting a huge weight advantage , or risk themselves getting hurt , If Khan accepts this fight with no clause , just for the money its Khan who's life is at risk , Brook wants it let him get down and stay down , other than that go build a rivalry with someone his own size ,,, Love him or hate him Khan has shown he's got the bottle numerous times to put it on the line , , he freely admits Canelo was to big for him but the money was good , Brooks being a boxing bully and Hearn is egging it on because he see's a ppv fightSwitch hitter wrote: ↑31 Oct 2018, 04:15
Is not been properly rehydrated just as dangerous when boiling down to a weight which is known to be hard to make. Brook was never going to fight anybody to risk Khan fight. Look at what nearly happened to Khan against a non punching nobody in his last fight.
Boxing has changed a lot over the years , with the use of peds and all sorts of shite , we have guys who are experts at getting there weight down and then rehdrating back up 20 + pounds , and getting a big advantage , Rehydration clause would be one step towards stopping it , , Brook wants to get to 147 , fine just make him stay within a set limit , ot go fight a bigger guy , This fight goes ahead without it , Khan will step in the ring around 154-155 , Brook around 175 , fook him Khan should'nt give the boxing bully the big payday , let him go fight Canelo , or somone else his own size . He won't have to take the nasal spray then , with that gyms attitude to peds , sprays , and weight loss , Khan would be silly to cave in on this .
