. So if he does'nt have time for a guy at the tail end of his carreer who's been with him since a kid , it sort of shows where he is at as a trainer , very mercenary , hard world the boxing world .
Hope Billy Joe and the others are taking note , when they get too within a couple of fights left , is it gonna be ,,, Off you go ,,,, NEXT
Kid Galahad has been with the Ingles since a kid and is managed by them (not just trained).
Kell boxed in the States twice and both times Kid Galahad was in camp over there.
This time Saunders had a world title fight and Galahad a final eliminator for a world title in Boston with Jason Quigley defending his NABF title in Indio 2 days before. A camp in Spain would have been impossible given that Nicola Adams had an eliminator a few days before.
The story broke when Ingle was in Boston and he doubted it in an interview as he thought Brook would have told him.

Since when? Their fighters when I was fighting in the 90's paid Brendan 25% and then John/Dominic 10%

Although Dom says there's been no fallout - but from the other things he said, I think it's probably the end for their partnership.

i think some fighters get greedy..

when a fighter comes from nothing and starts on his pro career.......... he may be only getting 1K for a fight. the trainer invests loads of time and sweat on this journey. 10% of 1K is only 100 quid for weeks and weeks of graft with that fighter.............

surely...then...after years and years of this. remembering that most fighters do not go onto make decent money..its not unreasonable that the trainer should still get 10% of the larger purses

but..as said, the fighters get gready. some then get trained by their mates etc...for a fixed fee......saves money yes but does it progress careers?
