Why would they do that 👎
I guess because they paid the UFC a billion and a half. The problem with that is they still cover fights outside the UFC with articles and the UFC televises other orgs on fight pass! :brick:
That seems very silly. Not sure how they can call themselves the worldwide leader in sports if they are only showing a UFC schedule on their MMA page... It's pushing people to other outlets.
It's effing stupid.
I'm so bored that I emailed the concern to them. Told them that to find out when events for other MMA organizations such as Bellator, Rizen, One FC, etc... are, I am being forced to visit other sites to get that info.

I'll bet it's in the contract. Some casual sports fans are already confused with the difference between UFC and MMA. And now calling the schedule an MMA schedule while only showing UFC... wow

I've got way too much time on my hands today.
Good!!! I thought the contract too but then they preview bellator fights, etc...

I wouldn't agree with that at all. Dustin smoked him when they were both coming up. Totally different fighters now, but a close fight to me.

Poirier is a very good fighter, just think Holloway has really come into his own & has reached a very high level

He definitely has, but I don't think it's high enough to dominate Dustin. He's a beast.

That vid is a great example of how martial arts go out the fornicating window in a real "oh shit" situation. Their technical prowess is nowhere to be seen and replaced by brutish gross motor movements

BJJ isn't the best example though, and a highly emotional, child-like BJJ practitioner makes it even worse.

I think most fans would really love to see Ferguson get his title shot, but I think he may have put himself down the pecking order by turning down this fight with Holloway. The winner between Max and Dustin will slot next line for khabib... with the potential for a rematch of it plans out a great fight... or even a rematch with Conor could slip in there as it would make money...

Understand his frustration and his logic for not fighting Holloway... but he cant sit this out and expect a title shot without fighting anyone...

Really disappointing efforts from Woolley, Smith and Jones. Jon was hell-bent on finishing him with a standing shoulder. I do have to give credit to Smith for not taking his only shot via dq. Lawler is the man, gutsy from askren. Bad stoppage.

The only good fight was Munhoz-Garbrandt. Jones needs to move up to heavyweight. There is no one at Light Heavyweight to challenge him.

Looks like you're right. That's complete bullshit. Scarface is the most deserved title challenger in UFC history.
