browne at least had a half decent jab, allen has nothing half decent except his chin. depends on what brownes got left. tbh im not sure allen would do any better vs soko then browne did.
Can see a ref stoppage after taking a beating?

Browne SHOULD win this at a canter, but then he SHOULD have done the same in Scotland last time out.
Fun wee fight.

The Browne of three years ago would have breezed this. Now, no idea. I suspect the Aussie is physically a shadow of what he was then.

I’m not so sure, Browne is in a lot better nick than he was for the Whyte showing, Allen gets hit with everything and Browne’s main asset is his power.

Very much a crossroads fight. Can we say Allen is even British level? And Browne got put down in his last fight against a journeyman.

No result would shock me though I lean slightly towards Browne.

Fair point. I doubt he could live with guys like Gorman, Dubois, Hughie Fury and even David Price! Seems a nice enough guy and is game enough but why he keeps getting all these massive opportunities time after time is beyond me!

I have my hopes that Allen will win this, I also think he would beat David Price who has been mentioned as a fight for the winner of this! Should be a good scrap by any measure

It’s a headscratcher

Seems a really nice bloke as you say but I’ve heard ‘2/3 fights from a world title shot’ mentioned more than once. Eddie surely not
He’s not nearly good enough to win a British title.

Pleased he’s earning good money either way

Yeah he's a tough lad and he's a character but talent wise he's just not anywhere near good enough to compete domestically never mind at world level lol. That being said, I actually give him a decent chance of winning tonight. He looks fit enough and Browne is old and probably depleted after that beating he took off Whyte. He really should've retired after that!

He gets the chances because Eddie lives in a Twitter bubble and likes Allen and his tweets.

This fight is more about what does Browne have left - Which to me is not a lot.

It's set up perfectly for Allen, but he is too inconsistent to make a clear shout for him. I think youth as much as anything is going to see him through.
