Could be another version of the dreary Pianetta fight.
If so, it won't spark any new public clamor for a Wilder rematch.
I could not think of a more boring match that could possibly happenThomastearns wrote: ↑12 Apr 2019, 10:22 Fury is deadly dull, at least inside the ring. Can you imagine what Fury v Fury would look like?
Marcel Marceau has nothing on him.
Oh Lord that would be just horrible!!!
All I can see is Fury clowning with those arms up in the air and Young ducking inside the upper two strands of rope, and a bewildered referee scratching out a grocery list between the action, or lack thereof.SenorPipino wrote: ↑12 Apr 2019, 13:51 What do you think the overs/unders line on total punches landed would be?
About 15?
hughie vs hughie, though i guess thats still fury vs furytiny_acres wrote: ↑12 Apr 2019, 10:30 I could not think of a more boring match that could possibly happen
I think the element of drama was Fury facing a guy who could change the fight with one shot. That was the compelling part of this fight. Would Fury avoid the big rights.ewenhay wrote: ↑13 Apr 2019, 18:15 Bit harsh some of these posts.
Whilst Fury v Klitschko or Fury v Wilder may not have been the most action packed fights they were compelling viewing throughout. Very few people took their eyes off the fights. There's an element of drama with Fury that many other fighters don't bring.
Joshua may throw a few more punches but I find his outings as dull as dishwater. Klitschko fight being the one exception.
But each to their own. We all like different things.
At least with AJ you'll get an explosive KO. With Fury, you get a 6'9" clown waving his arms in the air throwing 10 punches per round.tiny_acres wrote: ↑24 Apr 2019, 18:26 We do not know that yet.
I'm waiting to see who they get before putting my foot in my mouth
