I agree with your last point, but the 'optics' of Ruiz's jiggly body would take away from that. Maybe Charr would've been better after all.Onetimeonly wrote: ↑02 May 2019, 18:37 Nah, maybe 1.5, though Eddie does like to burn theythat dazn money. Chance of lifetime for him. I can't imagine Joshua will be back here soon barring wilder and Ruiz wouldn't likely get the call for a stadium in the UK. Then again, I didn't think they would offer Ortiz more than that. I know it sounds silly but I think Charr would have been the best bet long term for Josh and dazn. You have to think dazn will have a record sign up this weekend and Josh would be part of that month. A devastating early ko would open more eyes than what is more likely to be an extended beating.

No 40 year old man near the end of his career would turn down $6/$7 million for a fight that type of money sets that 40 year old up for life and that's why his fighting so it sounds very very baffling what Eddie wants everyone to believe its crazy to pick a fat man like they have to sell AJ to the Yank's its a nothing fight it will make his Muscle's even bigger when he stands next to Andy
I cannot believe Eddie put AJ in this position in he's very 1st fight out of the UK its BAD business
Re: According to Eddie....
Andy Ruiz is a tough guy,i thought he beat parker a few years back. I dont agree with Eddie when he says Ruiz is a tougher fight than Miller though.ClivePatrickLyons wrote: ↑03 May 2019, 02:44 No 40 year old man near the end of his career would turn down $6/$7 million for a fight that type of money sets that 40 year old up for life and that's why his fighting so it sounds very very baffling what Eddie wants everyone to believe its crazy to pick a fat man like they have to sell AJ to the Yank's its a nothing fight it will make his Muscle's even bigger when he stands next to AndyI cannot believe Eddie put AJ in this position in he's very 1st fight out of the UK its BAD business

Re: According to Eddie....
Eddie says it to sell fights. First he sounded worried and said Miller can be AJ’s toughest test. Now he’s saying Ruiz is more skilful and brings more to the fight than Miller did.
He’s selling the fight. It’s just his job. Arum is another one who does the same. Big up every one of TC’s opponents.
