I told'yaa that Ruiz is no joke! He has skills and he has that boxing-flow. Not a stiff HW fighter! :TU:  :TU: :salut: :box:

At least I admitted, that Ruiz had a chance. :D

Rob3_142 wrote: 06 May 2019, 18:54 All those things you have said are completely irrelevant. There are physical parameters which are going to make the fast hands of Ruiz as relevant as shoe size. Everyone goes on about his fast hands and 'coming to win' mentality, but what does he do when he can't get round an 82' jab? Or when he feels one of these jabs snap his head back? How much of a come forward fighter will he be then?

I scored Ruiz for the win against Parker, but Parker is just not that good. Well at least that performance against Ruiz was very poor. I expect in a few years time, Parker will be gatekeeper cannon fodder and the defeat to Parker will look worse than it is now.

AJ will be expecting to flush this guy out inside 4 rounds to wow the casual audience in America. Brutal knockouts sell.
:oo :oo  Ouch!! OK Mr "AJ will be expecting to flush this guy out inside 4 rounds"

On a serious note I want to congratulate Ruiz for his great historical achievement and also b/c he is a humble type of fighter. AJ as well he is a cool dude. Both are great models for this sport. :TU: :salut:

Like I said, I owe Ruiz a bigger apology than any fighter ever. I'm a Joshua fan but it was impossible not to cheer the fat man on.

Well said for that AC. For rubbing it in the noses of those who underestimated Ruiz ... not so much.

Nah fvck that, he made the right call when all the rest of us called it a massacre, he deserves to bask in it.

It kind of depends - if he has called every fight in favour of the underdog for the last 30 years, it's not so much of an achievement when one of them comes up.

I have no idea if he has or not, just saying.
