Does TBA mean no Takam?

I'm sure Takam vs Hunter is what happens now with Usyk injured

That could be a decent match. I'd favour Hunter to use his speed and mobility to outbox Takam though.

At this point, however, a Hunter-Takam bout would be considered fairly significant.

Seems unlikely that it would be put together with just 17 days to go.

I would expect both fighters to take on less challenging opponents on very short notice.

You're probably right but both are ready to fight and without an opponent. Both do not shy away from people who punch them back either, so never say never.

As always, it will probably come down to whether they're offered enough money to entice them on quick notice.

True enough but I don't think either have the inflated view of their own worth that is buggering up a lot of good match-ups at heavyweight recently . Fingers crossed.

Hunter and Gassiev both don't have opponents. Should fight each other.

The card is practically tomorrow.

Insane to even have them fight. It would be against the resurrected dead.

True. Could have been worse I suppose, but then one no hoper might be twice as good as another no hoper but at the end of the day they are both no hopers, so does it matter whether or not it could have been (worse )? :maybe:

The only upside is that we will probably see Hunter go the full 10 rounds which we haven't done in a while. If he gets the stoppage then it's more impressive than Teslenko and Rivas. I'm clutching at straws here...

Has Eddie dropped the ball a bit on this card :maybe:
He should be grooming Hunter like a noncy scoutmaster for AJ.
