Ruiz's weight gain is surprising, no doubt.
On the other hand after looking at some of his previous fights I'd say this is easily the best shape he's ever been in.
At least his chest is now bigger than his belly. Always a good look!

The 29-year-old hopes the pounds will help him overcome his height and reach disadvantage.

I was just at the sports book here in Las Vegas. The over/under is 6.5 rounds. That's too low, Ruiz has no track record of being stopped ... much less early.
