No. It is easy to show boxing circus against limited opponents. Even Charlo may be too much for Andrade.

Demetrius Andrade has a deeply unimpressive resume.

No he doesn't. I know sulecki is your boy but he's not in Williams or trout's league. Korobov is better too.

what makes Charlo's resume better? it's worse + he lost to Korobov
Re: Do you consider Andrade a better 160lbs fighter than Jermall Charlo?
hard to say, theyve both been fighting lacklustre opponents. andrade seems more fluid and better defensively to me, but charlo more powerful and more willing to step on the gas

Well Charlo fought Centeno Jr, Heiland, Korobov and Adams.boxing_rocks wrote: ↑01 Jul 2019, 11:28 No. It is easy to show boxing circus against limited opponents. Even Charlo may be too much for Andrade.
Andrade fought Kautondokwa, Akavov and Sulecki.
I'd say that both have lacklustre resumes and performance @160lbs but objectively speaking Andrade beat a better ranked mw than Charlo's.
Re: Do you consider Andrade a better 160lbs fighter than Jermall Charlo?
williams is probably the best opponent either fought, charlo bombed him out. could be that charlo needs better opponents to really shine. he certanly hasnt been impressive his last two but to me he looked uninterested

"a better 160lbs fighter", NOT a better 154-160lbs fighter.Onetimeonly wrote: ↑01 Jul 2019, 12:10 No he doesn't. I know sulecki is your boy but he's not in Williams or trout's league. Korobov is better too.

It's hard to tell I think. Andrade's style is boring af overall admittedly, but then so is Billy Joe Saunders or Erislandy Lara's but they're still very skilled fighters.
It would probably be a boring ass fight to be honest and Andrade would be guilty of playing a big part in that (even though I've defended him on here)

Don't- he'll respond with "I never said those words!
He likes to play the ignorant role when it suits him.

Saunders was landing good shots on Lemieux. Andrade throws wild punches which are missing. Didn't land anything of a note on Sulecki.Nondescript wrote: ↑01 Jul 2019, 12:51 It's hard to tell I think. I'm not gonna defend Andrade against Sulecki as it was a terrible fight to watch.boxing_rocks wrote: ↑01 Jul 2019, 13:00 Saunders was landing good shots on Lemieux. Andrade throws wild punches which are missing. Didn't land anything of a note on Sulecki.
That said though, I think Sulecki is a better all around fighter than lemieux. He doesn't possess the lights out power that David does, but if you look at his Sulecki's fight with Jacobs, he actually pushed Jacobs more than he did Andrade, and Jacobs is a proven top level fighter.

He likes to play the ignorant role when it suits him.
Or even better said:
User Datsue described very well this type of attention seeker-troll like E.O :
" Intelligent or not, he's a complete disingenuous arsehole who cloaks his own opinions in a veneer of bullshit while pretending that he's in fact impartial.
Yet watch him when it's someone he doesn't have a gaping wide-on for in the dock...!
It's like listening to one of those right-wing media types who thinks that saying the word "fact" can simply make inconvenient things that they don't like go away, & that if they keep thrashing things out in a long-winded convoluted fashion you'll lose sight of consensus reality & accept their Byzantine version of events that—despite their constant appeals to some sort of "objectivity"—is only supported by their opinions & their bullshit rhetoric. "

Haha.
Me and Datsue haven't always seen eye to eye over the years, but he's a smart guy and that's a pretty spot on assessment.
