It def didn't help him but he was lighter than usual against Joshua
if def did help him, cos he knocked him out! and he weighed in at 19 stone. there may be parallels here in the gorman fight....one sculpted and stiff adonis vs a lardass who turns up to fight.....

Obv Gorman come in too líght!
as the great bernard hopkins would put it...too light in the ass.
to be fair, dubois was better in every department. wont be calling him stiff again.
Good fight and good win for Dubois. The power is definitely for real and there is more to him than raw power too.
That's another "sparring" tale gone up in smoke. The real thing is what matters and I like the way Dubois handled himself before, during and after the fight.
Still puts FW in the box seat! Amazing how quickly the picture changes, getting Usyk a shot and for him to win will be plan A if AJ loses the rematch
I think Hughie is crap so I agree. Best Hughie will be is maybe top Euro level. Not any higher than that.
I've been a big Hughie supporter but I think Pulev showed his level.
Let's see, I think he has the talent and the tools, and he can improve, but the time for talking has gone, he has to walk the walk.
