Are you embarrassed after all the criticism you gave me for making a blatantly obvious prediction?

Well that was rather fun, having boxing on at 7:30pm was entertaining!

Yarde has a bright future, 175lb is a division dominated by the eastern block will be tough to see anyone from the UK becoming champion !

Buatsi is well seasoned, his ammy background gives him a solid chance but tough to see the eastern block fighters being out pointed !

I don't think Yarde will ever be the same fighter after last night. He must have suffered long term damage after taking all those punches. The only things that was world class last night were his punch resistance and his determination.

pretty sickening the punishment he took. He did also show very good offensive capabilities in areas

Watching him eat that jab was painful. He has plenty of skill but the tactics were abysmal. I'm not keen on Tunde as a trainer and I like him even less as a corner man.

At a much lower level. A beating like that can make a boxer gun shy, plus, the air of invincibility is gone and then there's his punch resistance.

It's difficult to say, Yarde has hardly any miles on the clock so could come back well.

However you don't want to get beat like that much, it will take it out of you, emotionally and physically.

I remember Gary Jacobs saying years back that with an unbeaten fighter the hardest thing to break is their confidence. Nevertheless once the confidence is broken the battle is one.

One of Yardes big pluses is his self belief, so what effect will this have on his confidence.

I do feel Yarde should be very proud of himself though.

It's got to affect his confidence moving forward. It's a murderers row in that division and unless he changes things he won't be able to beat the top guys. He needs to develop a much better jab. I don't know how guys expect to get to the top when they can't compete with their opponents jabs. This fight reminded me of Kovalev vs Pascal.

I’m with you on this, took a real beating a lot of fighters would have folded way earlier.

..took a lot of beating, lost almost every round although some close rounds to the boxer on the decline..Yarde is supposed to be in his prime, isn't he? don't know, he/his team should do a lot of changes..
