Glad to hear Errol is going to be ok.
Hopefully he doesn't do anything silly like this again in the future, he has a great life why be reckless with it.

The 1st offense carries up to 30 days.

A guilty plea in my jurisdiction usually includes a 30 day sentence but with all 30 days suspended.

But the statute lists a few things called “aggravators” and if one of those is present the statute requires 4 days....this is the exact language.

“If any of the aggravating circumstances listed in subsection (11) of this section are present while the person was operating or in physical control of a motor vehicle, the mandatory minimum term of imprisonment shall be four (4) days, which term shall not be suspended, probated, conditionally discharged, or subject to any other form of early release.”

if you find nothing else to do with your money than buying one of those coffin on wheels, indicator sumthin might be wrong with you.

don't buy the lambo, think hard what might be the underlying issue that you even fancy one in the first place.

a fancy neon colored racer with all pointy shapes going 300 half a meter above the asphalt might help you coping with the micropenis a itsy bitsy better.

but it's definitely just an illusion that you are the one in control behind the wheel at that speed.

lots of people that also loved to make roaring motorsounds while imagening to be a famous formula one driver and idioticly overtaking other cars might tell you but they are braindead or just dead now.

And always make sure to fasten your Ferrari's safety harness, before adjusting rear view mirror, making final check that everything, including you, looks dope.

Ferrari must be the mangler's choice. Has to end up in shreds more than any other, but why buy otherwise?

"Spence is awake and responding and is listed in stable condition," his representatives said in a statement. "He didn't sustain any broken bones or fractures but does have some facial lacerations. He is expected to make a full recovery."

Amazing. Simply amazing.
Yeah. Spence is probably saying he had an easier time during the car wreck than the wreck Porter put on him.

It seems that the one thing Spence did right in this instance was to not wear his seat belt. I could only imagine it would have been worse for him, had he remained in the car throughout all the flipping.

Could be doing scans on him etc over these days just to be sure he's totally okay and they've looked over everything. aND Wanting to make sure nothing develops etc. I've had many relatives who were in the hospital and had to stay there even after they felt totally good and at that point they were just dying to get home.

Though TBH I wouldn't be at all surprised if it's a bit worse than they let on with the 'just a few cracked teeth' stuff.
