What a comeback from The Flash :box:

5-5 thru' 10.

Update - Round of the year 11th and Donaire is down and almost out. Incredible guts to last that out and even smash The Monster back ! :box:

Yeah, that was close!
Liked how Donaire used the referee to get extra recovery though

Final bell a modern day classic, what guts, heart, class, chin and punching power these two warriors showed....The monster showed himself to be called one of pound for pound best...and the flash, well words fail me ...

When the MC said ‘still undefeated’ NI looked back thinking what’s he saying? Haha probably didn’t know he won.

One judge had it a draw with the KD making it the difference.

It's probably a retirement cash-out and The Monster is a monster, but 10/1 ??
@ that price I reckon the Filipino Flash has the quality to last 12...
Well done.

This is sport we all love :box: :box: :box: :box: :box:

Inoue is a f**ing warrior. He can take a punch well, it saved him few times. Trophy with Muhammad Ali name is in good hands. Hat off to Donaire. He did not come to Japan to lose. I dont think other WBSS participant could do 12 rounds with Inoue. That moment in round 11 when he was in pain from body punch on the ground, stand up and threw bomb right on Inoue face just proves what boxer and what man he is. And Inoue fighting 10 rounds with cut and doubled vision? not bad :D :box: :box: :box:

Absolutely sensational, what a war. The heart from Donaire to finish that fight was actually beyond belief & Inoue showed he is a true warrior as well! Hats off to both, stunning viewing

Absolutely scandalous by the ref.

Body shot lands at 1:54

Referee inexplicably blocks Inoue from following it up for the finish at 1:52

(The ringside ref then starts the count at this point as the ref stopped the action).

Donaire goes down at 1:50

I'm not sure if the ref picked the count up or started his own, but regardless Donaire was still on his knees at 1:36

So; Donaire gets up....

* 19 seconds after the body shot lands,

* 17 seconds after the ref stops the action and the ringside ref starts the count

* 15 seconds after he went down

I dunno why the F i keep betting on boxing, as good as that fight was, and as valiant an effort Donaire put up, that was a fvcking KO :shame: :shame: :shame:

Don’t think the ref knew what was going on at first, perhaps thought it was a low shot as did I at first

Great fight, best I have seen in a long time. Great action, both men showing power, chin and some genuinely high class boxing skills.

Would like to see Donaire call it a day now, after a performance like that he can leave with his head held high and his wallet full.

Bit of strange refereeing in the 11th though, ref gets in the way of Inoue, then gives Donaire a very long count and then restarts the action with the fighters about 2 feet apart. Bizarre.

He should have been counted out. It was a ridiculously long count. But Donaire did very well to hang on, he was in a bad way.
