#LuckyPunchesExist to the death :yay:

Not saying for THIS fight btw, but they defo exist. Boxing fans may hate it, they may for some reason consider it disrespectful to acknowledge it, but luck is affects everything and boxing isn't a special snowflake

Luck, to me at least, in boxing is how Charles Martin won his title. His foe injured his knee in the second round. THAT is luck.

Yes, Chuck was lucky no doubt, although I remember Iron Beard arguing that Martin had skillfully forced Glazkov into that injury

Nah, he was totally serious. It's funny because at the time there actually ppl getting excited about Martin, but then the AJ fight came and they acted like they always thought he was crap.

Wilder and Fury must be gutted they didn’t have the arsehole to be the ones to show the world Joshua isn’t as good as plenty think.

Look at the money he’s rumored to be getting. Ruiz comes in and does it and will become richer than both on these two fights. That’s with being the B side!

If they’re all about the money they should actually be hoping Joshua wins. He’s still the money man it seems

Me too, was it an aberration, certainly Joshua didn't look comfortable going into the fight, it's possible it was his worst night.

He looked nervous as hell before the Povetkin fight as well and admitted it after the fight. In years to come, his autobiography will be an interesting read.

In fairness to him, he was doing fine in the Ruiz fight until he got caught on the top of the head.

Kind of what I thought. Also just a bit odd given he's quite unknown and unproven,
AJ said he brought them in after watching their YouTube videos, seems like an odd selection on Process?
