Joyce is so slow, that he's still touching gloves when his opponent has retired.

Joyce is so slow that by the time his left glove returns to position after the first jab Fury has ballooned up to 28 stones again.

Once his overhand right lands Tyson is back to a a relatively trim 19st. And has two more kids.

What Joyce lacks in speed he makes up for in punch volume :box:

He appears cumbersome but is extremely effective. His athleticism is impressive too.

He's not frustrating to watch either. How many times have you been urging a boxer to lead off or simply throw more punches ? You never have to wait for Joyce to let them go. The guys work rate is phenomenal and there's plenty of weight behind those shots.

Use to like watching Huck during his WBO run on german tv. Joyce should manhandle him and stop him 3-4 rounds.

It was foreseeable because two weeks before the fight start´s there wasn´t a TV partner and only 200 tickets sold. The tickets were far too expensive, from € 79.

It looks like they're going to re-arrange but I don't think Dunois is even ranked for them...

I think Joyce is a daft choice for Dubois at this stage. Not saying he couldn’t win but it just doesn’t seem that he needs this jump at this time.

Having said that, I’d buy a ticket for sure!

Sorry to say Huck has pulled out of our fight on January 11th.
A real shame as I’ve been hard at work in camp with the European title in my sights.
I’ll be sitting down with my team next week to assess my options.
For now I’ll be enjoying Christmas and New Year.#THEJUGGERNAUT pic.twitter.com/wH01V84Rjq

The problem with having a fight vs Joe Joyce, is that it takes a year just for him to finish signing the contract once he's got the pen in his hand

JJ should really move on from Huck if there is so much uncertainty and waiting. He should not be going on 6 months inactivity with nothing lined up.

My view of that is that it doesn't really do much for Joyce, but it does push young Nathan farther back with another beating, and so it's not really a 'good move' for any side , which obviously includes Warren

Sets up the Dubois fight if Joe can take care of Nathan in a similar way ?

Perfect time for Fwank and Sam Jones to put their money where their mouths are, both were giving it the big in on Saturday, no obstacles now

Let's see Joyce fight one of these early next year and then another from the list soon after if he can win. He needs to step up the pace to get a title short before he's old. I personally don't see him beating the bets of them as I had him losing against Jennings, who many of these have or would wipe the floor with.
Dubois, Povetkin, Ruiz Jr, Ortiz, Breazeale, Rivas, Hammer, Washington, Martin, Takam, Kabayel.

Shame, I was one of the few who was actually looking forward to Joyce v Huck.

Feel sorry for big Joe. All that hard work in training for nothing ! Needs to be out again soon.
